Please see below the criteria and qualifications for each category (Superior Performance & Meritorious Service)

Superior Performance

A. Candidate should have longevity of their bowling performance and have shot at least one (1) sanctioned 300 game OR one (1) sanctioned 800 series. Women must have shot at least one (1) sanctioned 300 game or one (1) sanctioned 750 series or better. Candidate must also be of good character. 

B. In as much as the Hall of Fame inductees are honored at the Annual Awards Banquet, it is necessary for the Golden Empire USBC Hall of Fame Committee to have the necessary time to research candidates and present candidates to the Golden Empire USBC Board of Directors for their approval to finalize selection and notify the inductees (or their representatives) in time to schedule their presence at the Annual Awards Banquet. 

C. Candidates must be fifty-five (55) years old (can be lowered under special circumstances by the Hall of Fame Committee) Or candidate has been an active bowler for 30+ years. 

D. Supply a list of what candidate has done to promote bowling. What has this candidate done to give back or promote the sport of bowling locally?

E. Candidate must be a member of our local association for at least ten (10) years. (This can be lowered under special circumstances due to injury or accident.)

F. Candidate’s names will be held for consideration for four (4) years after initial nomination. 

Meritorious Service

A. Candidate shall have shown an exceptional amount of effort towards helping out local bowlers and our bowling association. 

B. In as much as the Hall of Fame inductees are honored at the Annual Awards Banquet, it is necessary for the Golden Empire USBC Hall of Fame Committee to have the necessary time to research candidates and present candidates to the Golden Empire USBC Board of Directors for their approval to finalize selection and notify the inductees (or their representatives) in time to schedule their presence at the Annual Awards Banquet.
